This assessment package provides a targeted assessment focused on the primary and secondary characteristics of dyslexia. All components of dyslexia will be assessed informally and formally. The results of the assessment will be used to determine whether the client meets criteria for a diagnosis of dyslexia. Results include recommendations for enhancing your reading skills as well as appropriate accommodations.

This assessment package evaluates a child’s written expression to identify whether they meet the criteria for dysgraphia. Areas of focus include handwriting, spelling, and the ability to organize and express ideas through writing. The assessment results will include recommendations to enhance writing skills and provide effective strategies and accommodations.

This assessment package is designed to evaluate a child’s mathematics skills comprehensively. It assesses areas such as number sense, mathematical reasoning, calculation, and applied problem-solving. The results will determine whether the child meets the criteria for dyscalculia and include recommendations for improving math skills and suggested accommodations to support learning.

ADHD Assessment Package (without Full Neuroeducational Assessment)
This comprehensive assessment package is designed to provide physicians, schools, parents, and adult clients with detailed and reliable data to confirm a diagnosis of ADHD (Type 1, Type 2, or Combination) and to assist in developing an effective treatment plan.
The assessment process integrates:
• Informal Data: Information from parents, teachers, and/or clients; review of records; work samples; and direct observations.
• Norm-Referenced Data: Standardized testing, diagnostic interviews, behavior rating scales, functional impact ratings, clinical interviews, and testing observations.
• DSM-V Diagnosis (if applicable) confirmed and signed-off by an LPC or Psychologist
• One-on-one testing appointment (1–2 hours)
• Comprehensive written report
• Conference with the evaluator to review results and address questions.

This assessment provides a focused evaluation of a child’s intellectual and cognitive abilities. It offers valuable insights into the client’s cognitive processes, including:
• Verbal comprehension and problem-solving
• Fluid reasoning (non-verbal problem-solving)
• Visual-spatial processing
• Working memory (auditory and visual)
• Processing speed
• Full-Scale IQ and index scores across cognitive domains
The results will highlight cognitive strengths and weaknesses, offering a deeper understanding of how the individual processes information and learns best. Recommendations for enhancing cognitive processing skills are provided when applicable.

This package is designed to provide private schools with an objective measure of your child’s overall learning potential and current academic abilities. Please note that this is not a diagnostic assessment.
Testing Includes:
Older Applicants: The assessment includes age-appropriate evaluations of reading comprehension, oral reading fluency, math calculation, math problem-solving skills.
Intellectual Assessment: All admissions assessments include an evaluation of the student’s overall learning potential using an age-appropriate intellectual test.
Kindergarten Applicants: The assessment also includes measures of kindergarten readiness skills, early reading concepts, and math problem-solving abilities.

• To determine if your child meets district criteria for GT programs.

1. The client completes the Strong Interest Inventory Assessment online from home, answering approximately 277 questions. This assessment helps individuals explore career and college major options by identifying interest patterns and comparing them to professionals in various fields. It aligns personality, values, and interests with suitable work environments.
2. The assessment results are compiled and integrated into a comprehensive report, incorporating additional relevant information.
The client schedules a 2-hour session with a Strong Interest Inventory ® Certified Practitioner to review and interpret the results, gaining personalized insights and guidance.

• Complimentary Initial Consultation: A 30-minute session with the client to discuss the reasons for the assessment and develop an individualized evaluation plan.
• Holistic Data Integration: A combination of formal testing results and informal data, customized based on the client’s age and assessment purpose:
